Defective product

Sadly, I ordered this well ahead of my husband's hipnreplacement but didn't test it first. We got home from the hospital, filled up the Breg ice machine only to discover it didn't work. I had a pad from knee surgery that works fin3 when attached to my machine sonitsbdefiniyely this pad that is defective. I emailed the company but it's a Sunday and we need the pad now so I'm not sure what my recourse will be.

Love Polar Care - all the difference for surgery recovery

Polar Care is being used for shoulder surgery recovery this time. I've also used it for knee surgery. It makes a huge difference in pain level and amount and type of medications needed. It is easy to load up and refill. Just plan to buy ice every day or so, if you don't have a big freezer.

Excellent!

So glad I purchased the Breg Kodiak prior to my rotator cuff surgery. It has been instrumental at keeping my post surgery pain under control. Unlike gel packs or ice packs, It is lightweight and comfortable to wear. Highly recommend!
