This is the Y adapter for the Polar Care Cube. This allows you to connect two pads to the machine for double the usage. If you are having a total knee arthroplasty replacement on both your left and right knee simultaneously, this is a great tool to have cold therapy going at the same time. 

Just a reminder, this Y connector cannot be used with Kodiak unit: they are not compatible!

Dual Y Pad Connector

Useful accessory

I have used my Polar Cube for a few ailments / post-surgical therapy and have several different-sized wraps. I even have a "spare" Polar Cube just in case one breaks down. I recently purchased this accessory so I can hook up two hip wraps for a large, cool surface.
