Purchased wrong cord but cant get ahold of customer service

Purchased the wrong cord but it seems like customer service is nowhere to be found.

Hi Joshua, we're sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us directly at service@coldtherapymachines.com so we can assist you with your order. To date, we have not received an email regarding your issue. Best way to reach customer service is an email.

You can also leave a VM if you wish. We receive roughly 40 calls a day and average time on the phone is ~20 minutes. Email is faster. But if you want to talk to a real person in the US, give us a call. It will just take a bit longer on the phone.

I reached out the other day to possibly return what I ordered. I guess my mom and I ordered the same cord for the same Breg. I haven't received an email yet on the return process.
