This set pairs the Wave cooler with Breg's Back compression pad, a 13.5 x 14.5 in pad that lies across the lower back with straps that wrap the waist. It fits waists from about 32.5 to 53 in. Using it after back surgery
Most people use it lying on their side or sitting back in a recliner with the pad behind them. Keep the cooler at or below pad height. Because the pad squeezes gently, it should sit flat with no folds over your incision dressing.
