Friends that have had shoulder and knee surgeries have talked about these wraps and systems being game changers and they were right on the money! This device has been very helpful throughout my hamstring repair recovery. I had a similar machine back in the 90s but this one is SO much better. The smaller cooler box is ideal and the hip pad is a perfect design. Worth the money!
