Too small for XL knee pad, adhesive was of poor quality, and overpriced.

Does not work with XL Knee pad!

This sterile pad is for the regular knee pad and NOT compatible with the XL knee pad even tho the site recommends these together erroneously. I contacted customer support and they were apathetic, useless and did not help at all. I will not order from Ortho Bracing again due to the poor customer service. Other sites list the correct sterile pad to use with the XL knee pad and it’s the shoulder/XL knee sterile pad. I’m out $30 because this site is incorrect.

Sterile dressing

I found these one-time sterile dressings to be very expensive and since the syrgical area is typically already properly dressed after surgery unnecessary.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, depending upn your surgeon's preferences for post op splinting, the sterile dressing may not be all that useful when used through thick raps. A more optimal use scenario is when the dressings come off and swelling still persists which is common for TKR (Total Knee Replacement) for up to 3 months post op.

Delivery fine but product not great

I ordered a large sterile insert for a Breg PolarCare unit. I had one from another company and loved it, but they were back ordered. OrthoBracing had one and sent it out quickly. Unfortunately, the adhesive on the sterile insert was almost non-existent. I could still use the insert but had to place it "just so" to make it work. I contacted OrthoBracing about the problem. They offered return/replace and sent me a link. Unfortunately, the link clearly spelled out that a) sterile products can't be returned, b) opened products can't be returned, and c) all returns must be in original packaging. Since my product was sterile, had been opened, and I no longer had the original packaging, it seemed pretty clear it didn't qualify for replacement. While the lack of adhesive is a Breg issue and not OrthoBracing issue, I do think there should be some way to handle inferior products such as this insert, since I paid $45 (cost plus tax and shipping) and got very little use out of it. Having said all of that, I liked using the sterile insert with the PolarCare knee wrap and OrthoBracing shipping and communication was very good.

Quality , my first one lasted 20 plus years with minimal replacement on parts. Worth every dollar!
