Great Product

The product works great and is very easy to setup and use. Water is moved throughout the pad very efficiently and the compression works really good. The motor is very quiet, and you barely notice it is on. Only negative things I have to add: 1) wish there was a timer(s) so it will automatically turn off after a period of time, 2) the ice bags that came with the machine are terrible. Three of the bags got holes after one use, and another two bags got holes after three uses.

This device is a lifesaver following knee surgery

This device provides both an icing as well as compression function and each function has two levels. There are many icing machine options on the market that are okay (and we had one of them) but this one is excellent! The real differentiator for the Breg Wave is the compression function and it does and excellent job and is a fantastic function to speed recovery. I am having a second knee surgery shortly, 5 weeks after the first, and will be purchasing the Y-connector and an additional knee sleeve so I can ice both knees simultaneously. This machine is arguably the best on the market at this price point but even compared to the Game Ready which cost north of $3,000 and which I have used at PT, the Breg Wave performs just as well.

Decent Product - not very cold

Overall a good product. It doesn’t get very cold - probably around 40F. In addition, directions say the product will turn off after 15 minutes when the cold and compression are activated. This does not happen. The universal pad is a good size although the cool water does tend to settle on the sides.

Recommend filling the reservoir with cold water and ice- then waiting five minutes to chill.

This ice machine is nice, it’s definite not top of the line but then again it’s not priced at top of the line.
I believe this unit would be designed if it did not have the giant part that fits into the cooler section .
Cold and compression could be better.

Met my expectations and working well.

Work well with my 1 year old Polar Care.
