It was very effective to manage pain and swelling after knee replacement surgery. Wished the doctor or the hospital would tell us about this before surgery. They send the manual one, we have to recycle the cold water every so often, the pump, maintain the water temperature constant and because of the draining of water and refilling it, provide the messaging actions.
The unit arrived very quickly.
I was provided a crypto cuff after knee replacement 20+ years ago. I held on to it and used it occasionally through the years. I had knee replacement on the other knee in March and dug it out to use again but discovered that the original cuff was a medium size and was uncomfortably tight given the swelling post surgery. I ordered a large cuff to use and was very pleased to discover the fittings were all the same and improvements had been made in widening the straps which made it much more comfortable in use. I also plan to order the shoulder pad once my knee is rehabbed and I'm off to the golf course. Great product. Great company.
Product arrived right on time. Came with everything I needed. It is a game changer for post surgery icing. Keeps cooling for hours with no need to get up for more ice.
I had surgery yesterday, and I was wondering why I was getting wet in using the brand new cold therapy cuff I purchased from you for $185. There is a whole poked in the cuff right above the word Aircast. it doesn’t keep the air in it, and the water runs out of the hole onto my clothing. I just had shoulder surgery and this is a very necessary therapy as I heal from the surgery. Are you able to rush a new shoulder cough to me. I’m using it every two hours and it’s critical that I have a working product. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

This is my second machine. The first one lasted, with intermittent use, over a 10 year period before the motor stopped working. That knee pad attachment had to be duct taped at the connector so it wouldn't leak. I'm optimistic that this one will last a long time. It did arrive without the electrical cord, but customer service sent one to me quickly after contact with them. It is a great machine and it is really helpful in keeping my knees active.
