Who these Polar Care Wave replacement pads are for
These Breg cold compression pads are for people who already own a Polar Care Wave and need a replacement, a pad for a second body part, or a different size. Each pad carries both the chilled water and the compression air from the Wave.
Compatibility
- Compatible with: Breg Polar Care Wave only
- Does not fit: Cube, Glacier, Cub or Kodiak, which use non-compression pads (WrapOn or Intelli-Flo), or DonJoy IceMan units
Choose a pad (Breg part numbers)
- Universal (C00016): 13″ x 12.5″; fits 8″ at the knee up to 47″ at the thigh strap, 31″ to 49″ at the chest/shoulder, up to 20″ at the bicep/calf
- Knee (C00017): 16″ x 12″; 8″ to 27″; 11″ strap
- Knee, Large (C00003): 16″ x 17.5″; 16″ to 30.5″ thigh; 14.5″ and 11.5″ straps
- Shoulder (C00004): 15″ x 13″; 40″ to 50″ around the shoulder, 12″ to 20″ bicep; 34″ strap
- Back (C00020): 13.5″ x 14.5″; 32.5″ to 53″ waist; 21″ strap each side
- Foot/Ankle (C00005): 17″ x 12″; 9″ to 16″ ankle, 7″ to 12″ foot
- Hip (C00013): 16″ x 12″; 33″ to 53″ waist, 8″ to 31″ thigh; two 20″ straps and one 25″ strap

Can I use two pads at once?
For both knees, Breg makes the Wave Y-connector (100576-000).
Do I need a separate barrier?
Breg lists "no additional barrier needed" among the Wave's features. Follow your prescriber's instructions.
Will Cube or Kodiak pads work on my Wave?
No. Only Breg cold compression pads connect to the Wave.
